Return & Warranty Policy – netgo

Return Policy (3 Days):
We offer a 3-day return policy from the date of delivery. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition
  • All original packaging, accessories, and manuals must be included
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • Return request must be initiated within 3 days of delivery

Note: Returns may not be accepted for damaged products caused by misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized repairs.


Warranty Policy (6 Months):
All netgo mini coolers come with a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase.

This warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Functional issues under normal usage

This warranty does not cover:

  • Physical damage or accidental damage
  • Water damage due to improper use
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by misuse or unauthorized modifications

How to Claim Warranty or Return:

  2. Share clear photos/videos of the issue (if applicable)
  3. Our team will guide you through the return or replacement process
